  1. Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
  3. Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no extra cost to you.
  4. Personalized Products: Unfortunately, due to the nature of personalized or custom-made products (such as bespoke cards), we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund or return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide the following details:

    • Reason for return or refund
    • Photos of damaged or defective items (if applicable)

  4. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Personalized or custom items unless defective or damaged

Shipping Fees

  • The cost of return shipping will be covered by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
