1. When will my order arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 working days. UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation once it’s on the way!
2. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we deliver within the UK only — but stay tuned, we’re looking to expand soon!
3. Can I personalise a card?
Yes! Many of our cards can be personalised with names, messages, or custom text. Just look for the “Personalise” option when selecting your card.
4. What if my card arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry! Please email us a photo of the damage at support@thecardsman.com, and we’ll sort it out right away — either a replacement or refund.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been printed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make changes. Please contact us ASAP via email or our contact form.
